At MintFix Pro, we want customers to feel confident when ordering card care and restoration supplies from us.
Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-returnable items
Used cleaning products, opened consumables, damaged items caused by misuse, and items not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.
How to start a return
To request a return, contact us through our contact page or email us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will provide next steps once your request has been reviewed.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange due to a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order details so we can review the issue.
